ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَـٰبَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌۭ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ ١٥٦
who say, when struck by a disaster, “Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we will ˹all˺ return.” 2:156
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَٰتٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُهْتَدُونَ ١٥٧
They are the ones who will receive Allah’s blessings and mercy. And it is they who are guided. 2:157 - quran.com

Ali's Janazah/Funeral took place on August 3rd in Cairo, Egypt attended by hundreds and hundreds of family and friends. He is peacefully lying next to his sister and his great Grandfather. This memorial service is an opportunity for us, our Friends and Community in Britain and Kingston upon Thames to get together, remember and talk about our Goldenballer Ali, the King!

Speeches followed by a Reception. Food and drinks served.
